Carrefour Belgium partnered with Shelf Service to ensure the successful rollout of instore marketing tools for their ScanMania contest. Our task was to manage the logistics, installation, and support of contest-related promotional materials across 715 Carrefour locations within an ambitious timeframe of 10 working days.

Bonusland: ScanMania's contest platform

The Bonusland platform, developed by Shelf Service, served as the central hub for managing and analyzing customer data during Carrefour’s ScanMania contest. This powerful platform enables Carrefour to track customer participation in promotions and the contest in real-time, providing valuable insights to optimize future marketing actions.

Installation of additional kiosks

Shelf Service installed 300 additional instore kiosks for the ScanMania campaign. With every €25 purchase, customers received a voucher at the checkout, which allowed them to participate in the contest. The voucher could be activated either from home through the Bonusland platform or directly instore using our mini kiosks or the fixed Market loyalty kiosks of which another 250 are available. This flexible approach ensured a convenient and user-friendly participation process, both online and instore.

SCANdalouse activation campaign

For the SCANdalouse activation, we delivered a range of essential services to ensure a successful campaign. This included the provision of two photobooths designed to enhance customer engagement through interactive experiences. We also developed the software specifically tailored for the SCANdalouse activation, creating a seamless and engaging experience for Carrefour customers. Additionally, we managed the production of promotional materials such as displays and beach flags, ensuring strong visual impact at the participating locations.
